Three buildings, four categories, one person. At least the calendar's on us.
Fire extinguishers, defibrillators, fire doors, emergency lighting: each category has its own schedule and each site its own coordinator. ToriSet brings them together in one overview, sends the alert to whoever needs to act, and keeps the documents ready for inspection day.

Three ways to miss a deadline.
Deadlines live in three different folders
Fire safety with one contractor, AEDs with another, plant with the council's own maintenance team. No one has the full picture, and when something's missing, it comes to light too late.
The person who checks isn't the person who signs off
The caretaker who does the rounds in the gym, the coordinator who keeps the logbooks, the head who's ultimately answerable: three different people, currently talking to each other via sticky notes and text messages.
Reports get chased up when it's too late
The inspection arrives and the hunt for the paperwork begins: which contractor came, when, what they wrote. The paperwork is nearly always there — finding it is the problem.
One site for every building, one permission for every person.
Every building is a site with its own assets. People are invited one by one and see only what they need to: whoever looks after the gym doesn't need to see the offices, and whoever coordinates sees everything.
- Buildings, gyms and offices as separate sites, each with its own status
- Permissions by list: who can view, who can edit, who gets the reminders
- Inspections logged from a phone, with a photo and the name of whoever carried them out
- Contractor reports attached to the right asset, ready to show

The four categories every public building carries with it
Different schedules, different people responsible, different documents. Bringing them into the same overview is the first step to not missing one.
Fire extinguishers
Reference schedule:Surveillance check per internal plan, inspection at least six-monthly
Who carries it out:In-house staff + qualified maintenance technician
AED defibrillators
Reference schedule:Pads, battery and checks per the model's manual
Who carries it out:AED coordinator, with support from the supplier
Fire doors

Emergency lighting
Reference schedule:Functional test six-monthly, duration test annual

In settings subject to fire safety regulations, the duration test for emergency lighting can be required more often: you set the schedule, ToriSet reminds you when it's due.
Who uses it, and what for.
Schools and school groups
Multiple buildings under the same leadership, staff who rotate, and inspections that arrive without notice: the logbook stays with the school.
Councils and public bodies
Offices, depots, sports facilities and AED cabinets across the area: every building is a site with its own person responsible.
Gyms and sports facilities
AEDs, fire extinguishers and changing rooms to keep in order, with the sports club answerable for what's inside.
Theatres, libraries and museums
Numerous fire safety assets, a public that comes through the door every day, and documentation that must always be at hand.
Parishes and associations
Youth centres and halls staffed by volunteers who take it in turns: the deadlines stay on record even when the person in charge changes.
Hotels and other accommodation
Bedrooms, kitchens and communal areas with assets spread across several floors: the inspection is logged where the item being inspected actually is.
Where these deadlines come from.
Buildings open to the public sit under several families of obligations at once. ToriSet helps you keep up with the resulting deadlines by holding dates, responsible people and documents together.
DM 1 settembre 2021
Inspections and logbook for fire extinguishers, fire doors and emergency lighting in workplaces.
UNI 11473-1
Fire doors and shutters: inspection and maintenance at least six-monthly, in line with the manufacturer's manual.
UNI CEI 11222
Emergency lighting: functional test and duration test, each with its own frequency.
DM 24/4/2013 e L. 116/2021
Provision and management of defibrillators, with maintenance carried out per the manufacturer's manual.
ToriSet does not attest to the building's compliance and does not replace the logbooks required by law: it organises the deadlines and keeps the documents that go with them in order.
What we get asked most.
How do we split up the different buildings?
Every building is a site: main building, annexe, gym, storeroom. Every asset belongs to a site, so when something's due you also know where to go and sort it.
Can I give access to just one site?
Yes. Products are organised into lists, and for each person you decide, list by list, whether they can view, edit, or not see it at all. The caretaker who looks after the gym opens the gym, the health and safety coordinator opens everything.
Can staff log inspections from their phone?
Yes: you open the asset's record, log the inspection with a date, an outcome and — if needed — a photo. It stays on record who did it, and the countdown to the next deadline starts again from there.
Is it worth it if we've only got one building?
Yes, and you can start for free: 10 products and 3 people, with no expiry date. Plenty of small operations — a parish, a gym, an office — fit comfortably within the Free plan.
Can outside contractors work in it?
You can invite whoever does your maintenance and give them access only to what's theirs to handle. If instead it's the contractor who has ToriSet Enterprise, they'll set up your space and keep it up to date under their own branding.
