What counts as a “product”?+
Only the main products in your list count. Parts that sit inside another product — a motor's impeller, a system's filter — don't count against your plan limit: you can go into as much detail as you like.
What counts as a non-public product?+
A product in your catalogue that isn't visible to everyone: restricted to organisations, private, or still a draft. With Manufacturer you get 10 included, then €5/month + VAT each. Public products stay unlimited and free, and the count never blocks anything: it only shows up on the invoice.
Can I change plan at any time?+
You can manage your plan and billing in the Subscription section. The payment portal shows the terms of each change and any prorated charges.
What happens when I switch to Manufacturer?+
Your group becomes your portal: you publish your products with your brand and your domain, prepare a ready-made space for each client, and get your company profile on every product. Products, people and clients become unlimited.
How does Manufacturer's per-client pricing work?+
€50/month + VAT as a base fee, plus €100/month + VAT for each active client you manage. You only pay for the clients you actually use.

Do published manuals stay online?+
Yes. With Manufacturer and Enterprise we guarantee that manuals and product pages remain reachable for at least 15 years: your customers will still find the instructions long after purchase.
Do I need a credit card to get started?+
No. The Free plan is free and doesn't require a card. You sign up, create your group and start adding products.
