Maintenance done late always costs more than maintenance done on time: downtime, urgency, a part that isn’t in stock. And it always seems to happen in the worst possible week.

A compressor clocking up 500 hours might do it in three months or in eleven, depending on the season. Writing "once a year" on the wall isn’t a maintenance plan.

Watch out for false obligations: for forklift trucks, the only interval set by law is the quarterly inspection of chains and ropes, while the "annual inspection" is a technical recommendation. In ToriSet you set whatever your manual and your consultant specify.

Where these deadlines come from.
For work equipment there’s one general rule: maintenance follows the manufacturer’s instructions, and certain checks are periodic and carried out by authorised personnel.

Operating and maintenance manuals
For the vast majority of machines, the correct interval is the one written by the manufacturer: that’s where the plan starts.
ToriSet organises deadlines, reminders and documents. Periodic statutory checks remain the responsibility of authorised personnel, and compliance isn’t certified by a piece of software.
What we get asked most.
I already have the schedule in Excel: do I have to retype everything?
No. From “Import” you upload the file (Excel or CSV) as it is: ToriSet reads the columns, recognises machines, sites and the date of the last service, and proposes the register for you to confirm row by row. The Free plan includes one import a month, Pro three. From then on the deadlines are calculated for you.
My machine isn’t in the catalogue — can I add it anyway?
Yes. You create the product with make, model and — if you need it — its components, then set up the maintenance: by months, by hours or on a fixed date. From that point it lives in the logbook just like any catalogue product.
Who updates the hours worked?
Whoever reads the counter updates it — it takes a few seconds from the machine’s record. ToriSet recalculates how many hours are left until the next maintenance and estimates when it will fall due.
Can my employees use it too?
Yes: you invite people to your team and decide what each one can see and change. Whoever logs a job leaves the date, notes and attachments, and it stays on record who did it.
How much does it cost for a workshop with three people?
The Free plan covers 10 products and 3 people, and it never expires. If you have more machines than that, Pro covers up to 50 products and 5 people for €9/month + VAT. No credit card needed to get started.
