Periodic check of the extinguisher's efficiency and state of preservation: pressure, integrity of the tank and of the hose, accessibility, signage and update of the maintenance tag.

Surveillance under the internal plan
Visual check of the extinguisher: present in its assigned position, accessible, seals intact and pressure gauge in the green range. The standard does not set a fixed cadence: it requires a surveillance plan defined by the person responsible for the activity on the basis of risk. The monthly cadence proposed here is a starting value, to be adapted to the internal plan.
