Have the 10-year LPG tank integrity check done
Underground, buried or above-ground LPG tanks must undergo an integrity check every 10 years, typically by the acoustic emission (AE) method through an authorised body. Proof is the periodic requalification report. Applies to homes served by an LPG tank they own: where the tank is on loan from the gas supplier, the check is normally the supplier's responsibility, so check the contract.

Check the household fire extinguisher
Do a visual check of the household extinguisher: gauge in the green, seal intact, nozzle clear and date of the last service. Proof is the up-to-date service label on the unit. Applies only to people who keep an extinguisher at home by choice: in a private home an extinguisher is not compulsory and is not subject to the surveillance, check, overhaul and testing duties that apply to workplaces. Proof is the sweeping report issued by the sweep, which insurers also ask for after a fire. Applies to homes with stoves, fireplaces, inset fires or wood, pellet or oil boilers; for gas appliances flue sweeping is not normally required on a fixed schedule. Cadence to be confirmed on the cited source.

Before the season of use, clean the indoor unit filters and check the condensate drain and the outdoor coil. The user or a technician does it; proof is the service receipt or a note in the equipment logbook. Applies to all domestic air conditioning systems: the frequency of the mandatory energy efficiency check depends on the rated output and on the equipment logbook.
